3. Scheduling & Installation
Once factory order acknowledgments with ship dates are received, our coordinator will contact you to schedule delivery and installation of your cabinetry.
One of the many unique and exemplary things about Affinity is that we send out our very own quality control supervisor to conduct a full and thorough inspection of all work done. A detailed list will be made to outline any outstanding service or warranty items, as well as any required touch-up, adjustment, or repair.
After the primary installation has occurred and a full inspection has been performed, a secondary installation involving hardware, cabinet trim, appliance panels, etc. is completed. (If the appliances are not on-site at this time, the installation of the corresponding appliance panels will need to be rescheduled.) Affinity will schedule a return visit to make sure that everything on the list has been completed to your satisfaction. Our work is not finished until everything is exceptionally installed precisely according to the designed specifications.
